Donation for New Church.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

I greet you all in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,

Today, Sunday, I would like to put a humble request before our God and you all. I manage many congregations in my place (Dharapuram in India).

That is a small village with a group of low class people. Among them, I converted some of them into Our Lord Jesus Christ. They are following Jesus Christ with Faith. They don't have a Church Building to devote and worship our Lord.

They have worshiped in their house shed (shed = roof with coconut tree leaves). So, they don't have much money to build a Building to Worship our Lord. This is a growing congregation in my place. They bought a land for the Church and they put the foundation for the building. But, they don't have much money to construct the Lord's Building. The land is adequate for them. They need some donations to build up the Church Building.

I included the photographs of the land with they constructed a small part. As a Christian we should Help / Donate them.

CHURCH OF CHRIST

Dear Brothers and Sisters, Elders, Saints, and Belivers, The "Church of Christ" is a church and doing God's Ministry in India.

In 27th May 1969, I was baptized by Bro.Dean Christ Field and Bro.Walter Fig from United States of America. I was in my 14 and accepted Jesus Christ and got Baptized from those two foreign "Chruch of Christ" Brothers.

On that days, the Bible in Tamil was Rs.2. But The Bro.Dean gave a Tamil Bible as a gift and told me to become a Great and Optimistic Preacher in India. After that, in 1970 and 1971, I learnt Bible properly from "Mount Zion" Bible College. In 1972-76, I walked and preached in several states of India such as Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andrapradesh, Kerala. I taught and shared God's words to even passengers of Bus also.

House visitings, Public Meeting, Street Prayers, etc., I did God's Ministry in different ways in India.

In 18th March 1976, I married a Woman Marry. She became my wife. In 1977-84, I begot three Children in between this period. One male and two female children. I started God's ministry in Villages from 1977-79, I established 4 new congregations in the name of "Church of Christ".

I took care of 2 congregations among the 4 congregations. I gave some advice and training to two preachers and take care. One congregation was 5KM apart from my place, So I went there with kerosine lamp, and return to home by late after 10 P.M. God insisted me to do His ministry in Town areas. So, I appointed preachers to the congregation in villages. I never think anyone will help to the God's ministry. In this time, 1976-79, my Bible college's principal gave me Rs.250 per month. With this money a family can not lead life in this world now and then. After 1979, they stopped their support, because they could not manage to give.

So, I decided to work and do ministry separately. I and my wife went to daily work, I started to work also. Just like apostle Paul. I started to establish "Church of Christ" in 4 different towns. I surveyed those towns. The Places are Oddanchatram in Madurai District, Kangayam and Dharapuram in Erode District, and finally Palladam in Coimbatore. I strengthed God's ministry in Oddanchatram and Dharapuram. I met so many denomination "Christians" in these places. I started house visiting and street prayers.

I planned to establish new congregations in the oddanchatram, but some of brothers gave trouble to not to establish congregations. So, I took decision, just like there was a problem amoung Abraham and Lot. But, I continued God's ministry in DHARAPURAM.
